This was the first book I read that was written by Ms. Clayborn. I'm glad that is the case because I'm reading her Lucky series right now and based on those books, I probably wouldn't have read Love Lettering or waited to read it for a good many months/years.
I really liked this book, the characters and their complex backgrounds and story lines, the intrigue, the author's gift of making sign writing interesting and expertly weaving it into the plot. I would go on and on. This is an intelligently written book and I really liked it.
I hope the author continues writing in this vein and doesn't go back to the writing style she used in her Lucky series.
