It’s almost annoying how much I like these books. This is the second book in a semi series, Nina and Lennox are back but are supporting characters to Zoe who is down on her luck as a single mother in crowded London. Zoe finds out about a small Scottish town where she becomes an associate for Nina and her Bookshop Van and to become a nanny for 3 spooky children who live in a giant mansion with a dad that is never there. Zoe and her son acclimate to their new lives and try to lay down new independent roots. There is nothing ground breaking about this book (especially since it basically follows the same plot lines as her other books) but they are very enjoyable and quick to read.
