Beautiful book. Vibrant? Yes. Simple? No. All of the recipes call for a level of planning and ingredient sourcing beyond my capacity. Except for an actually simple recipe for avocado mayo in the back of the book; I copied that one down. While I won't attempt the rest of the recipes, I'd certainly try all of them if someone else made them. And reading through the ingredients, I did find some inspiration for new vegetable and flavor pairings I can use in everyday cooking. Overall, not a practical cookbook, but pretty to look at.
