Really enjoyed the movie and the songs, in my opinion it has the best soundtrack in a marvel movie hands down. The music was really thought through to match the tone and the mood of the movie. My favorite song by far is "Pray for Me."

While the majority of people enjoyed Black Panther as a film for its story, effects, acting, and direction, one cannot forget how the music was also an integral part of the film's success. The album was composed by Ludwig Goransson and produced by Kendrick Lamar. It had some highly successful singles, including, “All the Stars” and “Pray for Me”. But, the reason I truly enjoyed it was because all the songs stayed true to the origins of the story. The people involved in the creation of the musical score for the film ensured that the background music reflects the culture, traditions, and heritage of the people in the African continent to a large extent. Additionally, the album was great to listen to since it had a nice mixture of some slower songs with some more upbeat ones. I would give it 4 stars. @Riveting_Reviews of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

This album is a collection of all the songs featured on the Black Panther soundtrack. The movie became very popular very quickly and featured many powerful songs with a strong beat. My favourite songs from the soundtrack are Wakanda (feat. Baaba Maal), Ancestral Plane, and Outsider. Ludwig Goransson created each and every song which made everything much more unifying throughout the film. I would rate this album 4/5 stars since they aren’t songs that I would typically listen to on my own, but throughout the original movie made such a difference to the mood and the atmosphere, and brought out the meaning behind certain scenes.

This garbage album is nothing but two-bit rappers exploiting the success of the movie.
It has zero to do with Black Panther other than saying "Black Panther" every 15 seconds in their crappy songs.

Drool - best soundtrack ever. Amazing hip hop album compiled by Kendrick Lamar. Never before (I) heard songs by Kendrick Lamar and others - if you really dug the music in the film you'll love this!! I am listening to it on repeat lol - sick beats and hooks and man, I can't even begin to explain - just check it out from your branch as soon as possible!! :)
