An engaging story of high finance at its most vicious and the brutal treatment that can befall anyone who gets in the way of men with a lot of money and power. The weakness of the plot is that it requires a LOT of suspension of dibelief for a reader to accept the multi-layered deceptions and the trail of "collateral damage" -- e.g. numerous dead bodies, a helicopter destroyed by a missile.
It's roughly the same genre as Ian Hamilton's "Ava Lee" stories, but Hamilton does it better and Ava is a more compelling character.
Enjoyed the book, would recommend.
