This is an absolutely first-rate book, full of beautiful and unique photography, accompanied by writing that told me a lot of simple, yet fascinating and important things about forests and trees and wildlife (that I didn't always know). Even if you think this might not be in your realm of interest, I strongly recommend giving this big book a try-you may be very surprised! It can be enjoyed as an eye-opening introduction to the subject, or even if you're already an expert on trees and forests and wildlife.
