I do yoga alot. I'm not an expert or anything but I'm in the yoga club at school (taught by a professional instructor) and I used to do pilates. I loved this DVD. It was very similar to what we do in class and therefore easy for me to follow. It gradually progressed into harder levels and poses rather than just skipping to them as some videos tend to do. The verbal instructions were clear and easy to understand and the physical demonstrations which you follow are a great help to see the form of the pose and the correct posture. I found the disc to be one of the best ones I have used so far and plan to take it out again in the near future. I would recomend this to anyone interested in the practice of Yoga.
