This quick read has vignettes from the website, NotAlwaysRight.com. The author is very upfront that neither the employee nor the customer is always right. However, many of the encounters prove the old adage that "truth is stranger than fiction." The next time you have a frustrating public service encounter, you can find solace in this book.
