This book is much more narrative than it is an instruction guide. It provides some very good case studies, a few of which are bound to be relevant to your situation (if you are, or have to deal with, a narcissist). It's very helpful to witness some of the behaviours pinpointed by professionals - it makes it easier to relate the psychological problem to real life situations. However, if your search is highly targeted, you may find yourself skimming chapters to find the sections relevant to your research.
