Excellent book. The day after I did the warm up and tried the exercise program, my back pain disappeared! And the bonus is that the authors don't recommend sit ups or crunches, which many people don't like doing.

Great book with lots studies cited to document the recommendations. You can use it even if you are a low level exerciser like me. I've incorporated the planking and dead lifts into my "work outs". My purpose isn't Abs--it's to strengthen my core & back which the recommended exercises do.
