This is a great book, the author starts the series of kind of fast, but it gets better as you go. What I really want to see is the 3rd book
Have an epilogue,or if there's more than 3 I want to see the last book have an epilogue.Honestly I got so frustrated when each book so far, ended abruptly,so I guess it's waiting for the last book.

DNF-This is literally a YA version of a historical romance. And a pretty pathetic one at that.

I wanted to love this series-opener, set in a boarding school during the Napoleonic Wars that trains young ladies to be spies, but I couldn't quite manage it. The characters' dialogue felt jarringly modern (and American) at times; the protagonist's internal monologue was frequently tiresome; and the romance at times felt forced. However, I give the author high marks for a really intriguing premise, which I enjoyed enough to ensure that I will probably read the subsequent volumes. I think the foundation for a really solid series is here, it just needs to be polished a bit.
