This book offered good advice for picky babies and feeding your child healthy, organic foods. Some of the advice (such as feeding your baby a new food every day) did not follow the advice of my child's pediatrician but I still found the book useful for easy recipe ideas. It served as a starting point for introducing my baby to solid foods.
