Having read several such career or job search books over the years, I found Martin Yate's Knock-em-dead Job Interview to be filled with real-world examples that were useful. Unlike most of the other books on the topic, Martin pulled in some empirical evidence, as he quotes from various studies through the book. Then there are many examples of actual questions that you may be asked during an interview. Best of all - the basics are covered with coaching recommendations on how to best answer them, and you have more advanced and challenging questions offered as well. For these a canned answer is not possible, but the coaching suggestions are good - in terms of things to think about when formulating your answer in an interview.

Latest (2013) edition of a must read job search resource tackling the dreaded Job Interview. Tons of tips, reminders and advice on how to turn a job interview into a job offer. Recommended.
