I agree, a little repetitive at times, but this book is easy to read and it really explains clearly how to start BLW. I would recommend it.

The BLW movement is surging in popularity and this book does a good job laying out the research and basics of introducing solids instead of purees. For me it was a bit repetitive, but a good skim-able read to gain ideas and talking points. So far, we have had great success with this method.

I have been trying it at home without reading the book and so far it's going great. Can't wait to read it and the cookbook!

I love the idea of skipping pureed food, and giving baby some choice and control over what they put in their mouth. Going to try this with number 3! I have friends using this method successfully already and they say it's so much easier.
