Add a CommentI found the basic nutritional information in the first 80 pages useful to help me find ways of reducing the amount of meat from my diet. I would have liked to see more nutritional information and fewer recipes (that are easily found in other books and the internet). Technically, the book is more about vegetarianism than flexitarianism (eg - none of the recipes contain meat).
The book seemed like a good choice, but I was disappointed. Every recipe I tried was very bland. I needed to add spices to make the meals remotely edible.
