I absolutely love this book. It's clear and simple, and although it takes a little time to learn, I'm so happy eating this way. That's a first when it comes to "diets" for me. Recommended to everyone interested in health. Read it with an open mind.

This way of eating makes sense and you can eat without feeling deprived! You eat every 3 hours, certain meal types. It seems overwhelming at first, but believe me, just read the book, plan your meals for the week (simple meals with not many modified ingredients) and you will succeed. I've been doing this for just under 2 weeks and have lost 7.4 lbs so far. This is a new way of thinking about food and how I pair proteins and carbs and it really seems to work (for me!) Also, please take a look at the THM website for free recipes! The few that I've tried (with no special ingredients) have been DELICIOUS!
