This was a lot better than her previous book. Clare's involvement into the murder mystery was introduced more smoothly than in the last one. I prefer having my protagonist stumble upon trouble rather than consciously go looking for it. Another big factor for my enjoyment was having both Madame and Matt part of investigative team. And as always, the educational factor regarding coffee, its history, manufacturing and trading etc. is always a big plus for me.
