Dr Berg offers healthy advice and explains how to implement healthy practices in a straightforward manner, explains conditions and how to improve them through the use of natural procedures such as foods or accupressure-check out his website at drberg.com. Finally a doctor who does not push drugs as the first method of treatment. He actually explains what is happening, why it occurs, and how to reverse symptoms and conditions through nutrition, something most doctors seem to have forgotten. Food is supposed to provide nutrition-the fuel to keep our bodies operating efficiently. When you know why something occurs, it is easier to reverse it, and you have a better understanding of your overall health.
