Ever since "The power of Positive thinking" was published there have been anecdotal books on the subject of a positive outlook. Now Dr. Tindle formalizes these findings by telling us this truth based on empirical evidence and research finding. More importantly she tells us how we can go about changing our attitudes to one of positivity thereby transforming our health and aging.
