A very well structured and clearly narrated audiobook. Each major aspect, (eg., networking, conflict, ambition , etc) gets its own chapter and often relates hard science findings into the advice it gives, always illustrated with real life examples. Seems very useful, but to use it one would need it before one so that one can plot out its application to one's own life. The last disc (or the last chapter) may be profitably read right after the introduction.
