Honestly, every teen or parent should read this book. It's informative and detailed. It may be disturbing or eye opening to some adults. At least for me, it open my eyes to realize that my parents aren't perfect. There's nothing wrong with that, it simply made me more forgiving towards them and love their flaws. Nobody is perfect, not even your parents.
