This book is amazing. It was fun to read but it taught me a lot. Im so glad she included little exercises that were more like journal entries. It allowed me to open up and see some problems I have not been dealing with. Also it gave me ways how to deal with them that works for me. I was already confident to an extent. But this book not only made me more confident but more aware of me and what i need. Putting myself first and he tragedy opened up some wounds. But she made it feel like whatever her tragedy was mine was no less important and gave how she dealt with it. How she dealt with vulnerability. and so many things. Its a fun read that gives you real growth and confidence.
