Wow! This is Katy's most comprehensive book to date. I love how she prioritized the order of exercises for getting your body back to feeling better and how she gave "rainbow" and "au naturel" ideas for continuing the exercises. Follow her guide and be amazed by your "new" body! I've been reading her books and blog for a few months now and have been feeling better and better in my many decades old body.
This book is amazing! I've been doing the stretches for only a few days and already am starting to feel good. Definitely worth your time and attention.
