Like Grisham, I think the author has tapped the well dry. As a procedural, it was in-depth, though not the most interesting to read. The book was about Bosch. Everyone else. Haller included, was a minor supporting character. That really disappointed me. The overall story was a bit too "neat". When I first read his books 20+ years ago, I was so impressed, having never read anything like him before. This was just like any other

This was another great book by Michael Connelly. It kept me reading to find out how he was going to solve the mystery and to find out who did it. I would definitely recommend it.

"The Crossing" is well plotted and maintains momentum. I would rate this novel at 4.50 stars.

I think that "The Crossing" could be the basis for another great Lincoln Lawyer film with Matthew McConaughey. Would Titus Welliver be borrowed from the Amazon television series Bosch or would Harry Bosch be recast to much more closely match the Bosch in the novels?

Another very good Bosch novel by Michael Connelly, one of the best fiction writers.

This is one of the best of Connelly. I don't know what product placement Cloverpatch 1 is going on about aside from jazz musicians, but folks, it sounds like this critic wants to put readers off by appealing to some anti-corportate agenda without offering any evidence of said offence.

I found this book to be the very best cop/detective novel I've ever read. Clearly written and lucid.

Harry is definitely losing a step when he is bailed out for the second time by the same gal in the LAPD. I hope Connelly is getting ready to team up these two so we can keep Bosch alive a bit longer.

This is an excellent Harry Bosch story. I like that it includes collaboration with his half brother, Mickey Haller. All the hallmarks of Bosch's relentless investigation style and his sometimes awkward social skills are present.

Michael Connelly is at his best
with his latest. mixing Bosch
& Haller together only adds to the excitement. Two great characters. It doesn't get much
better than this.
