As the other reviewer said, this is a good start for those trying to remove white carbs. I loved the soup and puree recipes. The green soup with almond sounded lovely. I would omit the chorizo.
The dal recipe carefully explains the difference in types of beans and why you use one over the other.
Great tips and suggestions.
