Singin' In The Rain is a true classic movie and I continue to hope all of the people in the world appreciate it along with me. The songs are a delight and hopefully make the people watching the movie happy and comfortable.

Beats An American In Paris, in my opinion, mostly because of the entertaining dialogues AND the awesome songs and tap dancing. This one was probably one of the the most physically demanding production for all of the cast members. I really liked O’Connor’s Make Em Laugh and Moses Supposes with Gene Kelly. All the energy keeps me watching and laughing. I liked how there were no tragedies unlike The Fault In Our Stars or The Hungergames Series. I would choose Singin’ In the Rain over young adult novel movies if I had to. I still don’t think the YA movies are bad, though.

What a glorious movie! “Singin’ in The Rain” is one of the most famous musicals of all time. It is truly a timeless classic that everyone will enjoy. It has unforgettable tunes such as, “Fit as a Fiddle,” “Make ‘Em Laugh,” “Moses,” “Would You?,” and the fantastic song “Singin’ in the Rain.”

GREAT 1952 film musical - interesting plot dealing with the evolution of film from silent to 'talkies'. Lots of fine singing, dancing - and acting. This film shows off the talent of Donald O'Connor in a way I hadn't previously seen. Fun to see Debbie Reynolds at age 20, too.

Kelly's a charm, and so are Reynolds and O'Connor. It's a simple and likeable story, told with catchy songs and amazing dance numbers. The movie was intended to put a smile on people's faces. And it did--then and still. It's not hard to see why, over 60 years later, it's still the one musical most people have heard of. The greatest Hollywood musical ever made.

All I do is dream of you the whole night through
With the dawn, I still go on dreaming of you
You're every thought, you're everything
You're every song I ever sing
Summer, Winter, Autumn, and Spring
And were there more than twenty-four hours a day
They'd be spent in sweet content dreaming away
When skies are gray when skies are blue
Morning, noon and night time too
All I do the whole day through is dream of you
All I do is dream of you the whole night thru
With the dawn, I still go on and dream of you
You're every thought, you're every thing,
You're every song I ever sing
Summer, Winter, Autumn, and Spring
And were there more than twenty-four hours a day
They'd be spent in sweet content dreaming away
When skies are gray, when skies are blue
Morning, noon and night time too

Don is a famous Actor, who meets Kathy, a want-to-be actress. Their relationship is threatened by Leena, Don's jealous co-star. This boy-gets-girl drama is all set to a fantastic music score.
